Cancellations
- Refunds are only applicable within 24 hours of confirmation.
- In such cases, payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- After 24 hours of confirmation, no refund or cancellation will be accepted under any circumstances.
Refunds
- PinAudit does not offer refunds once an audit has been delivered.
- To make it risk-free, we suggest starting with the Basic Audit ($99).
If you are satisfied, you may upgrade to a higher plan by paying the difference.
Upgrades
- Clients can upgrade from Basic to Standard or Advanced by paying only the price difference.
